Order confirmation

When placing the order on the Artwall.ro website you will automatically receive an email with its registration number. This means that we have received the order and are about to process it.

Orders are processed within 7-14 business days of payment confirmation, excluding holidays or legal holidays when there may be delays. The delivery time is, in general, 2-4 working days for all localities in Romania.

Delivery Process

After you place the order on the website we will start processing it, then prepare it for packaging. We will notify you of the status of your order via the email address in your account and/or SMS.

• ·After we prepare the package, we hand it over to the courier company.
• ·The courier company will deliver the package to the address you filled in during the ordering process.

Where do we deliver?

Delivery of Artwall posters is done in any city in Romania, by fast courier, directly to your address. That is why, when placing the order, it is very important to check all the data entered, including the delivery address.

Delivery fee:

For orders delivered on the territory of Romania, the delivery fee is 25 RON for orders less than 300 RON. For larger orders,

1. The courier will try the delivery 2 times on different days.
2. You can change the delivery address for free, in the same city, if the package is not on its way to the original address.

Products not eligible for return:

Posters with scratches, bends will not be accepted for return.

Customized products will not be accepted for return.

Return of money

1. It will be done within a maximum of 20 working days from the moment the return is received at our address, according to the laws in force.
2. The refund of the amount paid will only be made by bank transfer, to a bank account communicated by you to our customer relations team.
